After hiring TicketFit we will request a court date on your behalf. In most cases, the entire process takes about 3 months to resolve.

During the first two months we will provide no updates, as we wait for a court date to be scheduled. As such, please do not call or e-mail us for an update.

After two months, you will receive two court notices in the mail. Since you are being represented by TicketFit, you do not have to attend either hearing. Upon conclusion of the second hearing, we will email you the outcome of your case.

No. Once you hire TicketFit, we request a court date on your behalf, which satisfies the 30-day deadline on the ticket.

Case updates are provided via e-email ONLY. When requesting an update, please include your citation and/or driver's license number in the e-mail so we can quickly locate your file.

For your convenience, you can also check if a hearing has been scheduled on your case by visiting the Clerk of Court website:

Although a court date is typically scheduled within 3 months after the 30-day deadline on your ticket, it can take up to 6 months.

The court is required to mail you this notice even if you are represented by an attorney. However, you do not have to be present at this hearing nor inform us that you received it (we get a copy).

You can expect to receive two court notices in the mail; a notice of a pre-trial hearing and a notice of trial.

Since you are being represented by TicketFit, you do not have to attend either hearing. Upon conclusion of the second hearing, we will email you the outcome of your case.

We will email you the outcome of your case within one week after your final court date.
